While applying, a school wants to see the best you can be. This means during your audition tapes, they want to see your personality, what you have to offer, your skills all in a professional manner.

LACM allows you to audition by sending in a video. Each course has a different audition requirement, which you have to include in your piece. You should play your best work, write your best piece of work, sing your best and put your best foot forward.

When visiting the school you want to be able to be prepared with a list of questions, know exactly what you want and what your future can hold. But it’s okay if you don’t, it’s also great to have an open mind and discover what is best for you on the way. You can sit in on classes and absorb the environment the school has to offer.
