Los Angeles College of Music (LACM) offers merit-based institutional scholarships to students who apply and meet the necessary requirements through our Scholarship Guide. Institutional scholarships are awarded to both domestic and international students who demonstrate exceptional musical potential as determined by our Scholarship Committee. Candidates are evaluated on a variety of aspects, including school transcripts, letters of recommendation, an essay, as well as overall musicality.

Students who apply for scholarships through LACM will automatically be considered for all scholarships for which they qualify, and there is no separate application process for any of the awards listed to the right.

LACM is also happy to announce scholarship opportunities for current students who wish to continue their education with our college. The scholarships listed for continuing students will be awarded to students who meet the necessary requirements through Continuing Student Scholarship Guide.
