Hello Students!

Regarding the email sent last week requiring all students to receive a negative PCR test result prior to the start of classes (or your first class on campus), within 7 days of that date and preferably 72 hours, we have determined to offer testing on campus in the South Courtyard the following days:

Thursday 1/6 @ 9am-3pm
Friday 1/7 @ 9am-3pm

You will receive the results of the rapid test within 15 minutes and the PCR result within 48-72 hours.  You will need to upload your PCR test results to the following link in order to receive access to campus for the week of 1/10 (start of classes).  No student will be permitted on campus without having uploaded a negative PCR test result within the time frame noted.https://lacm.formstack.com/forms/weekly_covid_19_test_results 

This service is free of charge and we encourage you to make use of it.  If you are unable to come to campus to take advantage of this service, you will be responsible for procuring a negative PCR result and uploading to this same form.  For resources for testing in LA County, please visit: https://covid19.lacounty.gov/testing/.  If you are travelling via LAX, you can also test outside Terminal 6 and receive a PCR result for $125 that will be delivered within 3-5 hours. https://www.flylax.com/travelsafely#CovidTest

We do understand that testing can present a difficulty for some and we encourage you to test on campus this week or contact health@lacm.edu should you need further guidance beyond the resources provided to you.
