Devin is a Los Angeles based composer, and has composed music for advertisements such as T-Moble’s 2022 Super Bowl Commercial, Mercedes-Benz, NBC News, Microsoft, Salvation Army, Prudential, Orencia, and AARP, and composed the theme song for Vice’s The Dark Side of Football. He has also worked as a lead composer for the Emmy winning A&E TV show Born This Way’s second(2016) and third(2017) seasons, and TLC’s The Healer(2017). His music has also been used in shows such as Euphoria(HBO), Yellowjackets(Showtime), Queens(abc), The Twilight Zone(CBS), and has written music as a contributing composer for Disney +’s The Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. His music can also be heard on over 200 different TV shows, and over 1,200 episodes such as The Resident(FOX), The Voice(NBC), The Young And The Restless (CBS), Sunday NFL Football(CBS/FOX), Fear Factor, Catfish, The Late Show with Steve Colbert, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, The PGA Tour, among hundreds of others. He was also involved in orchestration and copy work for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the Hollywood Bowl with the L.A. Phil.

​Devin founded and operates the publishing company Yellotone Music, which represents artists and creates custom music for sync opportunities. Featured placements from the company include  Amazon Fashion, Chicago Fire(NBC), Daybreak(Netflix), Kung Fu(CW), Nancy Drew(CW), The 12 Dates of Christmas(HBOMax), and The Christmas Doctor(Hallmark).

He has composed string arrangements for Grammy winning artist Faith Evans’  album, Incomparable, in which tracks from the album were nominated for a Grammy for best R&B performance.  He has also done orchestration and arranging work for multi Grammy nominated artist Ledisi. He’s also composed string arrangements for The Common Kings, Clinton Sparks, Benny Briggs, and Asleep at the Gate. He co-composed the music for the short film “Dominio” which appeared as the 2016 International Selection in the Stockholm Screen Dance Festival, and won best dance short at the Oxford Film Festival.

Devin forms one half of the Lo-Fi jazz duo dv/sn with producer Tai Fronzaroli, which has amassed over 2 million plays on Spotify and Apple Music since their debut single in April 2020. Devin also has a TikTok account with over 160,000 followers under handle @devinsnorris.

Devin appeared on television show Jane the Virgin, playing piano in the band of David Bisbal, and the Hallmark Channel’s Home&Family playing piano in the Big Band of Donny Most. He has played in numerous bands and showcases across the world.

In Contemporary Jazz, Devin won the 2013 Angel City Young Artist Competition, co-leading a group and composing, which culminated in a performance at the Angel City Jazz Festival at Los Angeles County Museum of the Arts (LACMA). 

When not playing or composing music, Devin is an avid fan of baseball, in particular the Dodgers, and loves single malt scotch whiskey, surfing, and his border collie Rosie.
