Garrett McElver is part of the music supervision team at SuperMusicVision. Garrett is currently music supervisor on ‘The Tick’ for Amazon and the CBS series ‘Seal Team’. As music coordinator, he has contributed to television shows such as AMC’s ‘Better Call Saul’ and ‘Halt and Catch Fire’, Netflix originals ‘Grace and Frankie’ and ‘Love’; Amazon’s ‘Sneaky Pete’; the Hulu series ‘Shut Eye’; and TV Land’s ‘Nobodies’, among more. Outside of television, independent feature films that Garrett has music supervised include ‘Up There’, ‘Midnighters’, and ‘YINZ’; and short films ‘Wendy’s Shabbat’ and ‘A Date In 2025’.

Previously, Garrett was the Creative Department Director for the entertainment law firm Winogradsky/Sobel. There he managed and developed an independent one-stop catalog that specialized in music licensing for Film and TV, and worked with their administration, publishing, and consulting clients.

Garrett is a member of the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences and the Guild of Music Supervisors, where he is also on the GMS Education Committee playing a large and active role in the development of the annual Guild of Music Supervisors ‘State of Music In Media’ Conference held in Los Angeles.

At LACM, Garrett teaches the Music Supervision and Music Licensing courses.
