Originally from Seattle, WA, Kara is an LA-based singer-songwriter and lyricist. Before choosing to follow her passion for music, Kara spent most of her time crafting words as an award-winning poet. Her deep connection to and fondness for the written word inspired her to become a strong, emotional lyricist. Her music has been described as "milk and honey," with sweet, warm melodies and relatable stories. She excels at writing with and for others, as well as for her own artist project. Kara has a special place in her heart for alternative, pop rock, and punk music. She believes there is great power in music, and hopes that her songs can reach and inspire others around her.
